Helpdesk Analyst
Vaco Technology has an immediate need for a Helpdesk Analyst for a client in the Richmond area. The Helpdesk Analyst focuses on providing support and assistance to the clients' customers. Only qualified applicants need apply.
Requirements include:
MUST have previous mainframe experience (simply scheduling and monitoring batch jobs, etc)
Networking experience is highly preferred, TCP/ IP, connectivity, user password resets, etc.
Ultimately the position will be on the first shift (7:30 to 4:00 with Saturday and Sunday work) but the analyst will receive training on the second shift (3:30 till midnight during training)
