Our client has an immediate full time opportunity for the Helpdesk Tier 2 Analyst.
Staggered shifts. 7:00am - 4:00pm and 8:00am - 5:00pm Monday through Friday
Responsibilities Include:
Active Directory
· Account Creation/Modifications/Terminations
· Security Group Changes
· Distribution list modifications
· SharePoint Workflow
· File and Folder security management
Application Support
· Troubleshooting
· Installs and regular application updates (Ex. Accumap )
Roaming (Tickets assigned from Level I and III Support)
Blackberry, cell phone and air card device support and deployments
