Will work directly on-site for 1 of their customers in Boston. Perform software upgrades, memory upgrades, and general desktop support (email, printer, Blackberry issues, etc)

Should have strong knowledge:

• Remote Support Tools
• Desktop Administration
• Active Directory
• TCP/IP Printing
• Hardware: Desktop/Laptop/Server
• Antivirus/spyware/malware
• Backup Systems
• Wireless
• Microsoft Office

Not quite as strong, but helpful:

• VPN
• Firewall
• WAN/routing
• Server Administration
• Exchange
• PDA
• Terminal Services/Citrix
