The HHS Cluster Controller will direct the centralized financial transaction processing center to maximize value and reduce cost for each ORU business group/unit. Direct the development and execution for the global integrated kernel to ensure the proper controls are in place to identify and manage financial risks. Ensure the accurate and timely business/financial reporting to facilitate business assessment/monitoring and decision making. Coordinate the process and operations of the business group/unit controllers (indirect reports) to ensure quality, consistency and efficiency in reporting and execution. Ensure regulatory requirements are satisfactorily complied across 15 legal entities
Your Responsibilities:
The HHS Cluster Controller
1. Ensures internal, corporate, and fiscal financial reporting
requirements are met monthly quarterly, and annually.
2. Develops management reporting and assure that reporting
meets stated requirements, provides value and is
consistent from a presentation and accuracy standpoint.
3. Ensures national statutory requirements are fully adhered
to and that effective compliance programs are conducted
for governmental bodies, official filing, reports to various
entities.
4. Responsible for management of financial
information for ORU management and perform accounting
and reporting for 30 ORUs.
5. Manages the future relationship with SBSF.
6. Develops and Administer the Transfer Pricing Program.
7. Manages a large team in a highly matrixed environment.
Your Profile:
1. Finance professional with 10-15 years experience.
2. Strong overall Accounting and Finance acumen
3. Prefer CPA or MBA
4. Ability to build solid relationships with key stakeholder in
North America and Globally.
5. Large ERP system experience (prefer SAP)
6. Knowledge of IFRS preferred
7 Strong Internal Controls background
8. Manufacturing Industry Experience.
9. Experience working with Sales Organizations.
10 Background in Global Reporting.
