The Enterprise Architect team is responsible for managing the development of the enterprise business architecture (EBA), which represents the requirements, principles and models for the enterprise's people, financials, processes and organizational structure. This team has the unique challenge to focus on business changes, understand business strategies and - processes and (re)design the way to enable our business to achieve our objectives.
The team of Business Architects are your direct reports. You report to the Global Head of Architecture.
Your Responsibilities: The position of Business Architect is crucial to drive ourselves organized around Customer & Market Strategy and enable business process harmonization across sectors.
The main challenge is to steer our currently high level major transformation programs by architecting the business models to achieve cross sector goals. You are part of shaping our ? 200 million IT project portfolio by prioritizing the right business initiatives.
Your Profile: You can be our new Enterprise Business Architect, if you:
* have a Masters degree, preferably in Business Economics or comparable degrees;
* enjoy working in a diverse, global organization;
* are a natural leader and you have an ability to reduce complexity;
* have a business background in Supply Chain, Sales and/or Marketing;
* have a track record in business process improvement functions or business analyst roles;
* enjoy tackling strategic challenges;
* have strong process skills;
* are expected to have an high drive and well developed communication skills.
