Job description:
As a Junior Software developer you will work on Oracle Apex, Drupal or Datawarehouse.
* Analyze and interpret written business requirements and technical specifications to design, develop, test and deliver developments to agreed timescales. * Assist in the estimation of time and effort for development tasks and provide timely updates of task progress. * Write technical documentation * Work closely with team members and/or client * After a successful start as an application developer in one of the above technologies, candidates can choose for a more technical or business oriented development path.
Requirements:
Bachelor degree in Informatics, Master Degree in Applied Economics or Commercial/industrial Engineer with Minor in Informatics
Language Skills:
Fluency in Dutch and English is required.
General skills:
· Dynamic and self-motivated team player with the ability to work independently · Customer driven (works in client environment where he / she represents HP) · Problem solving attitude · Strong communicator with analytical capabilities · Eager to learn new technologies
Practical information:
Working location will be mainly Brussels. Resource is willing to work full-time in Brussels. Our offices can easily be reached by public transport. Start date: 1 September 2010 Training will be provided when starting with HP.
