At present, we have an excellent opportunity for a HR Compensation Analyst in our Englewood, CO location.
A HR Compensation Analyst on our Sales Compensation Team will be responsible for the compensation calculations for our ECS division. In this role, the HR Compensation Analyst will calculate sales compensation and incentives for our various programs. This position also performs support activities necessary for the development, implementation, and communication of the sales compensation/incentive plans.
Responsibilities:
- Extract performance statistics from various systems on a monthly basis. - Determine accurate attainment calculations and work with payroll department to execute payments. - Track signed compensation documents for SOX controls. - Provide reporting in the form of individual worksheets as well as manager summary reports. - Process adjustments and quotas as necessary. - Process adjustments to compensation payments as necessary. - Maintain and audit information needed to track performance to plan. - Maintain records in company systems including mainframe, Compensation System, Oracle, and Microsoft Access Database in order to facilitate data extraction, incentive computations, submission, and reporting. - Provide management reporting. - Provide customer service to internal customers (research and respond to inquiries). - Provide analysis regarding current compensation plan design effectiveness.
Qualifications:
Minimum
· 2-3 years of Finance or Accounting experience or related field · Demonstrated skills in timely and accurate data entry · Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Excel · Demonstrated ability to adhere to deadlines and process procedures · Strong written and verbal communication skills · Attention to detail, organizational skills, and problem-solving skills · Highly organized with demonstrated ability to multi-task · Ability to work under deadline · Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Preferred · Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting - Sales compensation experience
