Essential Functions: .Develops standard operating procedures, desk guides, process flow charts, and other documents. .Researches and responds to inquiries from clients, employees, and hiring managers. .Data Management: Data mines, imports, exports and integrates data between multiple systems. .Compiles and consolidates spreadsheets, databases, draw charts and graphs into reports for management decision making. .Develops actionable reports for internal clients using various reporting and query tools, especially MS-SQL. .Generates ad hoc reports and queries from systems for analysis, and document processes for reporting. .Identifies critical areas of the data structure and recommends improvements to existing reports and reporting processes. Standard Job Description Analyzes program needs, and works with programmers/engineers to design system reporting specifications. Implements and maintains specially designed human resources data retrival systems and related policies, process and procedures designed to obtain, record, and process employee information. Recommends, implements, and plans for improvements, enhancements, and new applications to the system. Provides retrieval ability to produce employee information for analysis and decision making, statistical data, and other employee-related reports as required. Maintains, develops, and revises all manuals, tables, code lists, and documentation. May support several functional applications. Combines Human Resource knowledge with information retrieval skills.
