Job Description
This position on the HR Analytics Team will provide expert level analytical support to Human Resources. Using Intermountain Healthcare's HR data warehouse this position will work with the Human Resources Analytics team to research and implement advanced HR analysis in the strategic areas such as Workforce Planning, Quality of Hire, Benchmarking, Process Improvement, etc. This position will bring statistical expertise to the team's research and problem solving initiatives.
This position will be primarily responsible for statistical and quantitative analysis in research initiatives, consulting HR practitioners in applying findings to the business, and working with team members to produce findings for executives, managers, and HR staff.
This is an exciting opportunity to work with a very extensive data set, be involved in advanced business intelligence delivery systems, and consult during solution implementation in a forward-thinking, analytically-driven HR culture.
Minimum Requirements
- Master's Degree; Intermountain verifies both degree attainment and educational institution accreditation following an offer of employment
- Previous experience with statistical analysis
- Skilled at bringing order to ideas and processes as well as communicating complicated business concepts to technical and non-technical personnel
- Skilled in applying analytical methods to business problems
Preferred Qualifications
- Human Resources information systems and research experience
- 3-5 years experience with Human Resource research projects
- Experience with Health Care research
- Experience with SQL
