Title: Human Resources Information Systems Analyst Duration: 3 Month initial contract with extensions highly probable Location: Long Beach, CA

Requires a minimum of three years of successful experience managing an Enterprise level database.
Advanced experience working with the ADP Enterprise v5 database. Advanced ad hoc reporting experience. Database security set-up and maintenance. ADP Enterprise database table administration/management. Must have superior knowledge of ADP Enterprise v4 or v5. Must have working knowledge of ADPR (ad hoc reporting tool). Must have knowledge of state and federal payroll wage & hour laws and tax related regulations Must have strong excel skills Must be analytical, highly organized and have the ability to juggle multiple tasks. Must build and maintain strong working relationships with employees, supervisors, and executive management. Must have great communication skills (verbal and written) Must be able to set-up and manage database security levels. Multiple database administration. Advanced data loads, reports and analysis.
Behavior Characteristics: Excellent written/personnal communication. HR/Payroll system knowledge a must.
