The primary focus of this position is the support and maintenance of all HR Systems including Oracle and PeopleFluent. The successful candidate will serve as a technical point of contact and ensue data integrity and perform testing of system changes. The HRIS will be responsible for documenting HR system processes, reporting metrics and for other technical projects as assigned. Required Skills
Responsibilities
* Ensuring employee data integrity by performing periodic reviews of all employee system data. * Implement and maintain HRIS and related policies and procedures. * Point of contact for system related questions. * Recommend system improvements or additional applications to improve efficiency of the human resources department * Organize/restructure the HR drive and develop a process for storage and retrieval of historical electronic HR data. * Responsible for testing new systems, interfaces and system changes/updates * Partner with IT on development, deployment and implementation of solutions. * Reporting all weekly, monthly and quarterly HR metrics as well as completing annual salary surveys * Assist with special projects as needed Required Experience
Requirements * Strong understanding of HR processes and data including benefit eligibility and enrollment rules * Effective organization and interpersonal skills including excellent written and verbal communication skills * Analytical thinker – must be able to identify and resolve gaps in processes and business practices * Ability to handle multiple priorities and measure project success * Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field or equivalent relevant work experience * Three to five years HRIS experience with Oracle or similar HR module * PeopleFluent implementation/experience a plus Job Location Columbia, MD, US.
