The successful candidate will maintain the HRIS system to ensure current and future functionality exists to support HR and business processes; support changes in the organization structure, supports new HR initiatives, and provide meaningful reports for business decisions. Collaborate with Enterprise IT staff; interfaces with internal clients, stakeholders and other 3rd party service providers to ensure the right solutions are developed and implemented to meet business needs. Manage overall corporate standard reporting and adhoc reporting. Use analytical and technical skills to determine best method of fulfilling reporting requirements, enhancement requests, and troubleshooting Oracle HR issues. This person will also be a liaison between functional users and technical support, and will work on special projects as needed.
