HRIS Analyst (Oracle)
Applies HR knowledge to the development, improvement and maintenance of a global HRIS enterprise. Maintains data integrity regarding employment records of Company personnel. Includes preparing standards and, if necessary, provides training in the areas of processing of all personnel changes, preparing reports and statistical summaries from the records. Assists in the development and implementation of the EEO-AAP to assure compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Position will be an Oracle HRIS subject matter expert and process owner.Requirements:Bachelor's Degree
Minimum of six years of prior relevant Human Resources Systems experience
Strong MS Office skills particularly in MS Excel
Hands on experience with Oracle eBusiness Suite
Ability to speak multiple languages a plus
Exposure to Six Sigma and/or Lean Sigma a plus.
Experience implementing package ERP HR, compensation, benefit and rewards programs in multiple countries.
Experience working with Recruiting and Talent Management tools and applications.
Strong knowledge of global HR Processes and Policies.
Exposure to HR legal requirements in other countries.
Exceptional analytical skills.
Exposure to SQL and relational databases.
