Position Overview
The HRIS Data Analyst provides support for the day to day operations of the HRIS systems to ensure effective and efficient support of our core HR processes.
Responsibilities
* Process HRIS data and data changes in the applicable systems within required timeframes while maintaining the required quality of processing. * Conduct audit activities to ensure data integrity within the HRIS system. * Serve as a key resource regarding data entry processes and procedures. * Develop reports and scorecards to meet HR, Finance and Payroll requests. * Respond to ad hoc requests for data and/or reports and validate results to ensure consistency and accuracy. * Ensure that the HRIS system is appropriately secured and that the integrity of data is not compromised by maintaining company standards. * Participate in the analysis of HR processes and assist in the rollout of any new HR applications. * Support continuous improvement efforts to improve operations, decrease turnaround times, and streamline work processes. * Assist with the maintenance of master data set-up, tables and internal database files. * Act as back-up for the HRIS Project Manager. * Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field * 3 years of experience in data management and analysis - highly preferred in SAP HR * Strong interest in using and managing data to identify and communicate trends and progress * Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills * Strong analytic skills and ability to interpret data and make recommendations to the business * Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential compensation and financial information * Experience in relationship building at all levels and cross-function/platform * Experience with Excel, Access * Experience with HRIS systems required (SAP preferred) * ADP, Taleo, SuccessFactors, and GeoLearning experience a plusJob: Human Resources
