Position Description The HRIS Data Management Analyst is responsible for providing data entry support into various HR management systems on behalf of Lenovo employees, managers, and HR professionals within Europe. The role will primarily will involve data entry and management into the Lenovo Workday HRIS solution (as well as other support applications). It will be one of a team of several agents, supporting employees, mangers, and HR in line with contractual, legislative and business requirements.
General Duties include: providing Tier 2 HR system navigation support; data review and entry for job transactions, personnel data changes, and benefits administration; supporting HRIS system mass uploads; supporting special projects such as system testing, procedure, process and training material maintenance and exception processing on the HR System.
The HRIS Data Management Analyst will handle Tier 2 system queries escalated from Tier 1 agents, manage queries between the Service Centre and 3rd parties e.g. payroll & expenses, maintain user guides for both employees/managers and within the Service Centre team.
The role supports the Service Centre Manager and the Tier 1 Agents ensuring adherence to all of the service level agreements.
Main Responsibilities & Tasks: .Data Entry into Workday HRMS and related supporting HR applications .Tier 2 user support related to application navigation .Quality review and assurance around data entry .HRIS related procedures and documentation maintenance .Workday data management related query management/handling as detailed in the Statement of Services between the different providers e.g. Payroll, HRMS and Expenses. .Provide services in accordance with the agreed Standard Operating Procedures. .Provide case/issue correspondence in an efficient and effective manner abiding to all specified time guidelines. .Handle tickets requiring local legislative and business knowledge. .Contribute to the management of change requests/problems analysis and testing .Take responsibility for adherence to audit controls .Produce regular and on-demand internal reports .Produce and maintain documentation for Standard Service Centre Work Instructions .Support of special HRIS related projects and reporting (re-organizations, reporting, M&A activity, etc)Position Requirements Requirements: .Minimum of 18 months of data administration experience required (i.e HR, Finance, etc.) .Use of Case Management tools preferred .Must speak, read and write English fluently. .Knowledge of Microsoft - Excel, Word and PowerPoint .Knowledge of Lotus notes email preferred
