Basic Job Functions:
Position will be responsible for providing support in all areas of Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS). Compiles, reviews, and enters data into various HR systems. Maintains master data tables and ensures data integrity. Uses HRIS and additional systems to compile and generate reports, statistics, timelines, tables, graphs, and to ensure data integrity. Develops and maintains relationships with internal HR groups. Works as liaison between HR and IT on a variety of issues and projects. Researches and resolves HR data issues.

Experience:
* 2 - 3 years progressive experience in a Human Resources corporate environment.
* 1 - 2 years HRIS experience, specifically utilizing PeopleSoft HCM.
* Proficient in PeopleSoft Query Manager.

Education:
* Bachelor’s Degree with emphasis in Human Resources or Business is required.

* Detail-oriented with ability to maintain consistency in work processes

Essential Functions & Responsibilities
* Enters Change in Status (CIS) forms for job changes and terminations as well as other miscellaneous data into PeopleSoft.
* Enters benefits enrollment/changes data into HRIS system and works closely with vendors to resolve file errors and enrollment issues.
* Oversees the collection and processing of benefit open enrollment data, and works with the Business Analyst to develop and document online enrollment process.
* Creates organizational charts in Visio using PeopleSoft data.
* Develops and maintains PeopleSoft HRIS process documentation, andassists in training system end users / ensuring training materials are up-to-date.
* Works closely with HRIS and Payroll teams to keep PeopleSoft and PCPW interfacing accurately.
* Creates HRIS queries and reports in support of established monthly and quarterly reporting requirements as well as various ad-hoc reporting requests. Ensuring the following reports are run and distributed appropriately.
* Headcount reports and Executive Presentations on a monthly basis
* Perrysburg Metrics on a monthly basis
* Global Associate Data Validation on a monthly basis
* Associate audit data on a monthly basis.
* Turnover reports on a monthly basis.
* Various departmental reports on a weekly, biweekly, and monthly basis.
* Managing of PeopleSoft query requests from internal customers by serving as the first point of contact for ad hoc query requests and responding to and resolving help desk inquiries for HR data/reports.
* Provides supporting data for HRIS SOX audits, and review of SOX procedures monthly.
* Maintaining, updating, and ownership of Power website for the HR department.
* Managing assigned foundation tables in PeopleSoft to ensure consistency and data integrity.
* Leads HRIS meetings with assigned business group.
* Responsible for acting as lead in HR data collection projects as well as participating in a variety of Human Resources projects.
* Compiles data and develops reports required for annual Affirmative Action Plan (AAP), EEO, and VETS 100 and makes annual updates to EEO Job groups and Census codes.
* Takes initiative in improving service, processes, programs and products.
* Participates in testing efforts for system upgrades and new applications.
* Maintains total confidentiality in all matters of correspondence, telephone messages and personal conversations.

Physical Requirements:
* Will sit and stand for long periods of time during the day.
* Will walk, climb stairs and on equipment.
* May reach above shoulder heights and below the waist
* May lift up to 25 lbs.
* Required to use hands to finger, lift, handle, carry or feel objects.
* May stoop, kneel, bend, talk and hear.
* Specific vision abilities are required.
* All associates working at a First Solar manufacturing or R&D facility may be required to wear a respirator at any given time and thus, the ability to wear a respirator is a condition of employment and continued employment (requires little or no facial hair).
