HS IT Shop Floor Control - Solution Architect/Project Manager

The HS Information Technology manufacturing group is seeking a senior systems analyst/Project Manager who will provide overall support for this system, along with integration to associated Purchasing, Inventory & Planning, Repair and Financial ERP modules. Reporting the HS IT Manager, the candidate will provide senior analytical expertise in defining business requirements & process design activities for JDEdwards One World / SAP and integration to existing PDM and Shop Floor function to the other JDE One World / SAP modules. The main focus would be around the labor collection system. Participation will include the development, testing, piloting, and implementation of enhancements to the integrated solution across HS branches.
1. Assist in the development and execution of project plans (HS Sites). Assess variances from the plan and develop & implement changes as necessary to ensure project responsibilities are completed on time and within cost and quality objectives.
2. Assist in the development of common business processes & standards across HS applications while adhering to UTC & HS application & security standards
3. Document, review, & validate HS business requirements & scope for each phase of application development & deployment efforts.
4. Assist in the execution of the User Acceptance Testing plan for all HS locations.
5. Working knowledge of both business process and technical support streams within SAP including the development of executable workplans following standard SAP project methodology.
6. Assist in the development of Application Training for all HS locations.
7. Develop and maintain productive and collaborative relationships with HS leadership, business partners, offshore support teams and application vendors.
8. 12. Technical expertise in project management support tools like HP Quality Center, Clarity/Open Workbench, MS Project, SAP Solution Manager, JDEdwards XE

* 5 + years SAP Production Orders (PP-SFC) / SAP Product Data Management experience
* Knowledge of SAP Production Orders (PP-SFC), Product Data Management, Lean Manufacturing Planning ( Aerospace & Defense) is a must.
* Working knowledge of Solumina MES functional architecture
* Experience in analyzing and developing business processes. Ability to identify the activities performed by the business area and the dependencies between them. Understanding the interaction between business activities and the data that supports those activities.
* Experience in developing, tracking and managing implementation project plans, risk mitigation plans and status reports.
* Basic understanding of the manufacturing systems and shop floor PDM/PLM processes.
* Basic understanding of the Kronos and JDEdwards XE/ SAP Workforce Process Management
* High level knowledge of JDEdwads programming
