Title: HUMINT ANALYST, CONSULTANT Location: VA-Fort Belvoir Duties and Responsibilities:The U.S. Army Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM) conducts multi-disciplined and all-source intelligence and security operations, and information operations to enable battle command in support of full-spectrum Army, Joint, Coalition, and Interagency world-wide operations. We are seeking multiple individuals for positions at INSCOM (Fort Belvoir, VA), NGIC (Charlottesville, VA), and deployed locations world-wide. As a recognized authority, develops and implements a multi-platform, national-level traffic analysis program for all Human Intelligence within the U.S. Intelligence Community in the areas of operational responsibility (AORs). Is fully versed in organic asset tasking and theater/national tasking to satisfy Priority Intelligence Requirements (PIR). May function as a team lead or as an individual contributor. Required Qualifications: -Must maintain an active/current TS/SCI clearance. - 16 or more years of progressive experience with HUMINT Collection and Analytics. - Detailed knowledge of the HUMINT Collection Process. - Mastery of intelligence systems and tools, to include Analyst Notebook, CIDNE, GIANT, M3, AMHS, and Query Tree. - Mastery of HUMINT Intelligence Information Reports (IIR) writing and dissemination. - Must have HUMINT collection management officer experience and be a graduate of the Collection Manager's Course. Desired Qualifications:Joint Analyst Interrogator Course and/or Enhanced Analysis and Interrogation Training graduate.
