Software Tester/Analyst
The purpose of this position is to support development, quality testing, deployment, and technical support for in-house developed web application (iRADAR).
Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Investigates and resolves iRADAR software problems. 2. Test new releases and hotfixes. 3. Identify software bugs/issues and enter enhancement requests in Helpdesk application. 4. Assist with installation/upgrades and training/documentation. 5. Coordinates user requirements with development team. 6. Assist in creating adhoc reports against SQL Database.
Requirements:
Qualifications: 1. Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or Business Management. 2. At least 2 years experience in application testing and bug reporting. 3. Excellent experience in user support and good analytical skills. 4. Good experience in writing SQL queries and adhoc reporting. 5. Basic experience with HTML, DHTML, CSS, JavaScript-general web development technologies is a plus. 6. Knowledge and experience of ERP/Supply chain software is a plus. 7. Excellent communication skills. 8. Knowledge of Freight Forwarding Industry (3PL) a plus.
