Title: I/T Business Systems Analyst III - Order Management Location: BRA-Porto Alegre Dell's global Order Management group is looking for senior Business Systems Analysts skilled and knowledgable in Order Management systems and processes, in order to help drive a significant program related to the global implementation of a new Oracle Order Management platform.
Qualified candidates will have extensive knowledge and experience in Order Management systems and related business processes, especially related to Oracle EBS. Candidates should have extended Business Analysis capabilities and experience, and be able to work with Dell's internal business units to map required functionalities and ensure they are properly incorporated into the solution.
The following is a list of some but not all responsibilities for this position: * Support business functions in the definition of requirements. * Analyse, design and document solution requirements * Gap analysis and prototyping. * Functional design of tax solutions. * Support to testing, rollout and stabilization of the solutions. Some of the qualifications being looked for are: * UML [Unified Modelling Language], CMM [Capability Maturity Model], AIM [Application Implementation Method] and proven expertise in ERP implementation projects. Expertise/Ability to work Global Projects involving team/people from different countries. * Ability/Expertise to work in virtual teams - dispersed geographically with minimal or no possibility to work face to face. * Excellent business English. * Excellent verbal communication, proficiency with remote collaboration tools (liveMeeting, call conferences, instant messaging). * Ability to travel. Open to work occasionally on different time-zones schedule. * Proven expertise in the tax aspects of a Quote-to-Cash flow in the Dell industry or similar industries. * Ability to understand, model and analyze business processes. * Ability to communicate using business terminology appropriate to the context and the business partners.
