This Senior Business Analyst will play a defining role in the continuing evolution of the online platforms.
Responsibilities: · Responsible for creating and/or supporting thought leadership on a global basis for one of more Dell online capabilities areas · Develops deep domain expertise, competitive landscape awareness, and provides consulting on best practices and emerging trends · Be the subject matter expert for the online capabilities area(s) and drive for long term roadmap recommendations · Ensures that business and customer interests are represented, and that IT is aligned on those needs · Owns driving need and priority of a given effort into and through development · Translates business requirements into business solution concepts, user stories, test case input, or other documents to craft detailed and accurate deliverables that specify processes, technology, staffing, and project management involved in proposed technology solutions · As needed, provide a "trusted expert advisor" role to both internal and external stakeholders, ranging from formal advice to customer presentations
Qualifications
Experience in constructing complex solutions · Strong communication and partnering skills · Project management · Customer focus · Proven leadership · Ability to deal with ambiguity in a fast-paced e-business environment · Advanced functional knowledge of online content, commerce and/or portal systems · Ability to work cross functionally in order to achieve desired results · Global project experience preferred - Able to document technical requirements · 8 year relevant experience
