Title: I/T Operations Analyst I Location: MYS-Cyberjaya
Administrating software and tools (including Grid Control, RMAN, OIM, OID, AD4J .. etc) in line with the customer requirements. Translates infrastructire monitoring requirements and user requirements into system requirement specifications. Acts as the key interface between monitoring team and engineering teams in defining and influencing monitoring requirements and assists in developing the appropriate system solutions. Act as level 2 tools analyst team, working across different infrastructure technology team to propose a complete infrastructure services solution to our customer. Apply advanced knowledge of the principles of database application design and analysis, ability to performance tune poorly performing queries and the ability to analyze and develop solutions for complex problems. * 5 years experience of Oracle technology DBA (9i, 10g, RAC, Dataguard, Stream, Grid Control .. etc) * 3 years experience of Oracle eBusiness Suite DBA including System Administration * 2 years experience of Java development (OC4J, Apache) * 2 years experience of Linux SuSE/Redhat Administration. * 2 years experience of Oracle Grid Control administration. * 1 years experience of NAS/SAN storage management. * 1 years experience of Oracle Application Express. * 2 years experience of Perl & unix/linux scripting programming. * Working experiences in CMMI methology and experiences on any of the infrastructure engineering testing. * Certified in ITIL ITSM Foundation. * Oracle eBusiness Suite Architecture including good understanding of technology stack preferable. * Must have experience of one or more of the following; RAC, Dataguard, OLAP services and Spatial * Server and application sizing, capacity planning, performance tuning and scalability. * Understanding of High Availability and Disaster Recovery requirements and solutions. * Advanced security (Virtual Private Database, OID, OIM etc) * Database and application server internals * Redhat & SuSE Linux experience * Expertise in PL/SQL and bulk/batch processes * Experience with multi-terabyte system ยท Relational and dimensional models ETL/Datamart Knowledge/Experience
