Currently, Kelly IT Resources in search of a Senior IT Consultant (IAM Engineer/Architect) for one of our client located in Lake Forest, IL.

Senior IT Consultant - IAM Engineer / Architect Overview Hospira seeks an experienced Identity Management Engineer / Architect to lead for an enterprise IAM implementation. The scope of the initiative is to design and implement baseline IAM capabilities. The main components of the implementation consist of upgrading our current IAM environment, which includes testing, validation, and training. Additionally, a proof-of-concept and pilot will be conducted, which includes requirements engineering, use-case development, role mining, developing business and technical work flows, and creating an implementation and deployment strategy. This individual must have strong experience in Identity Management Technologies and have demonstrated ability to lead large-scale enterprise IAM implementations. The successful candidate must have knowledge of all components of IAM architecture, including but not limited to, federated services, user provisioning, enterprise and web sign-on, self-services, and virtual directories. Additionally, in-depth knowledge of Role Based and Request Based Access Control concepts is required. This individual must have the ability to work directly with lines of business to understand the current identity lifecycle and the roles that are required for individuals to effectively preform their job. This information must then be translated into process workflows and role framework that can be implemented within the identity and access management tools. Skill Set Experienced in leading cross functional teams consisting of both information technology and business individuals. Led and supported IAM implementations for large Fortune 500 organizations, experience in pharmaceutical industry is preferred. Strong technical background in a broad range of technologies with a focus on identity management products and technologies. Knowledge of self-service solutions, including but not limited to, password management and delegated administration. Ability to work directly with the business to build role based access controls, accounting for segregation of duty issues. In-depth knowledge of industry regulations e.g. FDA, HIPAA, SOX, PCI . Experienced in building a consolidated virtual directory utilizing authoritative data from multiple directories. Hands-on technical with at least one industry leading identity management product. Strongly desire experience with Hitachi ID-Synch and P-Synch. Experience in presenting to senior leadership/business stakeholders in both technical and non-technical terms. Knowledge and application of auditing business rules as they apply to security. regulations and compliance. Demonstrate advanced understanding of business processes, internal control risk management, IT controls and related standards. Strong experience with one or more directories, including Active Directory. Hands on configuration and customization of commercial off the shelf IAM software solutions and/or custom developed applications. Experience creating a IAM roadmaps and long term deployment strategies that will enable continuous expansion of IAM capabilities across the organization. Understanding of key IAM project issues and ability to take a risk based approach to mitigate them. Experience developing a well-structured governance programs to management the growth and adaptation of IAM.
