Title: ICG Technical Specialist Location: FL: FLORIDA-CAPE CANAVERAL AFS Essential Job Functions * Operate Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) applications. * Retrieve, analyze and format data for reports, presentations, and customer requests. * Interface with systems users to analyze and document system anomalies. * Performs preventative maintenance and routine service on system components. * Performs HVAC Control Flow System performance tuning and Direct Digital Control (DDC) installation. * Maintain the Visual Basic Scripting (VBScript) for the distribution of the daily environmental charts to the customer. * Design, test, document, and prepare Configuration Control Board presentations for software changes to configured systems. * Review drawings, system requirements analysis documents, and project submittals to identify potential design or interface problems, and any Air Force Computer System security ic Qualifications

Two or more years of college or vocational work in a computer or technical discipline, Associates degree preferred *
Six or more years of related experience, additional relevant education may be substituted for a portion of the experience *
Computer based graphical user interface (GUI) experience (MS Windows based) *
Ability to demonstrate proficiency in the use of MS Word, Access, Excel and Windows to include visual basic applications *
Experience in MS SQL Server, Sybase server, dBase, DOS, Windows 95, 98, 98SE, NT, NT server, 2000, 2000 server, 2003 server, and XP desired *
Experience with Virtualization Hyper-V preferred *
General knowledge of mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and control systems (Metasys control system preferred) *
Ability to manage and control configuration of software and hardware for computer and computer controlled industrial systems *
Ability to write and edit technical documentation and operations instructions *
Must be able to obtain and maintain a government security clearance *
Must possess a valid Driver's License Other Qualifications
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to organize prioritize and assign work * Ability to provide user support in a help desk format to computer users with varying levels of ability
