The Incentive Design function within HR is responsible for supporting Sales & Service leaders by developing compensation plans, programs and policies that help reinforce the behavior required to achieve sales and service business strategies.
Your Responsibilities: Prepares analyses to guide design decisions for GSS NA incentive compensation plans. Significant interaction with senior business managers is required to identify business strategies, develop new plans, enhance existing plans and identify incentive compensation issues. Works effectively with GSS NA leadership and cross functional design teams to define roles and develop rewards to recognize business goal achievement.
1. Models plan design alternatives and evaluates the results of existing plan designs. Develops performance indicators in order to measure ROI. Determines plan costs. 2. Assists the Senior Manager in engaging Field Sales, Sales Management, Human Resources, Shared Services Compensation, Finance, Marketing and IT in the process of developing plan alternatives and incentive management systems. 3. Develops formal working agreements required to implement incentive processes and procedures. Develops metrics, goals, training and communication processes designed to provide continual improvement and alignment of incentive plans with business strategies and goals. 4. Supports various administrative and systems initiatives supporting the incentive compensation delivery process. 5. Engages the Sales & Service population through formal documentation and communication, as well as designing and delivering training to all levels of personnel.
Your Profile: Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
1. A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or related quantitative discipline or an equivalent combination of education, training or experience.
2. Ability to influence executive leadership and plan participants in support of company goals & objectives. Strong project management, organizational and presentation skills.
3. Ability to conduct in depth statistical analysis of sales performance and incentive payment data to assess plan component performance.
3. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite products. Experience with SAP, HRIS & Callidus True Comp would be a plus.
4. At least 3-5 years related incentive experience.
