Technology Associates is always looking for exceptional individuals to join our team. We are currently building our candidate bench of Information Assurance Analysts. Summary:Under limited supervision provides evaluations and recommends Information Assurance solutions focused on secured access (CAC & PKI), Data at Rest (DAR) encryption and other DoD required security services to Technology Associates clients. Management Scope:This position has no direct reports. Minimum Requirements: * Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent experience * Six years experience in information technology security * Certified CISSP, QEH/CEH or IAT/IAM level III equivalent * Specific knowledge and experience with military command & control systems and related disciplines * Knowledge of Marine Corps operational and system architectures and information security capability * Experience with Defense Information Assurance Certification and Accreditation Process (DIACAP), System * Security Authorization Agreements (SSAAs) and certification and accreditation (C&A) process and standards * Ability to apply information assurance activities throughout the entire life cycle of systems acquisition, including research, design, development, testing, implementation, and validation of information assurance measures * Experience with vulnerability scan tools, XACTA, SecureInfo RMS, or Emass * Advanced level knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications * Ability to make sound, independent judgments within established policies and procedures * Professional written and verbal communication skills * Demonstrated time management and organizational skills * Advanced technical, analytical and problem solving skills * Ability to obtain/maintain the required level of security clearance, Secret clearance
Duties and Responsibilities: * Evaluate and recommend information technology security solutions. * Review and write System Security Authorization Agreements (SSAAs). * Provide guidance and feedback on SSAA developments and other security certification activities. * Provide technical security guidance in all phases of system accreditation. * Provide technical assistance in developing operational and systems architectural products. * Identify security vulnerabilities and provide guidance on mitigating risks to systems. * Review and provide feedback on DoD information assurance documents, orders and instructions. * Act as liaison with security agencies/activities. * Act as an advocate before doctrinal and technical panels and other actions necessary to ensure a sound Information Assurance (IA) Program. * Domestic travel as required. * Other duties as required.
