Posted Position Title Information Management Leadership Program (IMLP) Career Level Entry-Level Function Information Technology Function Segment Leadership Programs Location Czech Republic City Praha Relocation Assistance No Role Summary/Purpose The Information Management Leadership Program (IMLP) is a key entry point for high potential entry-level IT professionals in GE. You will gain valuable experience through four 6-month assignments, participate in world-class training and build your technical skills, leadership abilities and business acumen as you transfer from university to the working world. You will also develop a long-lasting professional support network with some of the highest potential IT professionals in the company. Essential Responsibilities * A 24-month program consisting of four challenging 6 - month assignments * Generally at least one of the assignments is located outside of the Czech Republic * Possible rotation areas include Project management, Application development, Systems management, IT Security, Business process re-engineering, Security/controllership, Business analysis and Customer support depending on current business needs. * Coursework includes Project Management, Finance Essentials, Databases, Networking/Infrastructure, * Formal classroom and online training, job assignments, X-business projects and interactive seminars to provide you with exceptional technical, IT and business skills. * Intensive contact with peers and senior level business leaders from around the world Qualifications/Requirements IMLP is looking for demonstrated leadership potential with commitment to improving company competitiveness through effective IT solutions, project management and service delivery.
