Anitian Enterprise Security (), one of the nations leading information security firms, has an immediate opening for a Network Security Analyst. This is a technical information security position. The ideal candidate must be comfortable with implementing and managing network and host based security solutions. We are specifically interested in candidates with hands on experience with McAfee, TippingPoint, ISS and RSA experience. PRIMARY DUTIES - Install, configure, troubleshoot and manage network and security technologies - Work with customers to identify, remediate and test solutions. - Analyze data and evaluate risk. - Write security policies, procedures and guidelines. - Determine appropriate incident response measures for security events. - Conduct security vulnerability scans and evaluate the results. - Assist with regulatory compliance, such as NERC-SIP, HIPAA and PCI. REQUIREMENTS - MUST possess at least five years experience with system or network administration - MUST possess at least two years of experience in information security role. - CISSP certification (GIAC/SANS certifications will also be accepted.) highly desired. - Technical certifications for McAfee, TippingPoint, ISS and RSA are very desirable. - Proven understanding of enterprise networking, information systems and network security controls. - Expertise in Windows and/or Linux systems administration. - Able to work effectively with a broad range of personalities and people as part of a security team. - Business-friendly, collaborative and diplomatic. - College degree is preferred. CONSIDERATIONS - Must work on-site with customers in Portland, OR. - Relocation reimbursements are not available. - Ability to lift 20 pounds or greater. - Competitive compensation package includes medical, dental and other benefits. - Candidates must undergo a criminal background check and drug test before being hired. - Principle candidates only.
