Create and communicate to all key executive stakeholders internally and externally SAP's overall Inside Sales Strategy. . Oversee and is accountable for the recruitment, development and management of the Inside Sales Business Unit. . Accountable for managing the inside sales pipeline to ensure attainment of Inside Sales business unit targets and performance goals. . Consolidates and communicates SW pipeline progression and revenue forecast to TSM and/or SME leader Execute targeted sales initiatives (up sell and cross-sell) primarily focused on specific, referenced targets within the installed base. . Conducts regular business review meetings or forecast calls . Provide feedback to executive Field Management on engagement level with Inside Sales Team . Accountable for the Overall Performance of the Inside Sales Business Unit with respect to organizational goals/KPIs . Design and oversee successful implementation of initiatives/programs with Inside Sales requirements . Partner with marketing and field sales executive management to understand and implement initiatives with Inside Sales requirements. . Lead coordination efforts with Field Channel management on joint partner strategies to develop pipeline and revenue . Provide feedback on initiatives executed to enable continuous program improvement. . Minimum 5 years software Inside or Field Sales experience with deal closure responsibilities . Sales coaching . Industry/Vertical-specific experience as appropriate . Business level English: yes . Business level local language: yes Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business or related.
