The Instructional Designer Developer II designs and builds online and instructor-led curriculum for external training programs. The position will be required to extensively research and become a subject matter expert on a variety of training subjects. This person will analyze direct sales processes and business challenges and develop lessons that have very direct, situational applications.
The Designer/Developer will create top quality, coherent and concise trainer documentation, outline training materials/lesson plans and provide reasoning that quantifies the value to the organization of each lesson.
Responsibilities will also include providing trainer support as necessary as well as instructional design strategy and guidance. This position will be expected to perform some ?Train the Trainer? presentations.
Bachelor's degree from four-year College or University
3+ years related experience and/or training; or, equivalent combination of education and experience.
