***CURRENT TOP SECRET SCI CLEARANCE WITH POLYGRAPH REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITION*** The Boeing Intelligence Systems Group in Annapolis Junction, MD is seeking a talented and experienced training professional to assist in the development and delivery of training material for a mission critical application for the Department of Defense (DoD). The training professional should be experienced in developing and delivering training plans and programs. The candidate will be responsible for the analysis, troubleshooting, testing and validation of all software (patches and upgrades) integrated into a final software baseline, before its official release to customers. Candidate will also serve as the liaison for customers and programmers, translating operational request into action items and initiate research and testing of the product until it satisfies customers' request. Candidate must be well spoken as he/she will be required to train military and civilian personnel in a classroom setting on the DoD application(s). Candidate will also be required to travel to CONUS/OCONUS sites three to four times annually for a normal duration of 10 days to two weeks. General Requirements: Provides consultation on the design, development, management, delivery and evaluation of advanced technical training materials, assessments and programs. Directs needs analysis and cost-benefit analyses and prepares and presents reports regarding the development, implementation and evaluation of training programs and curricula. Consults on the delivery of leadership, training, instruction, processes, tools, and guidance in the performance of Instructional System Development (ISD) tasks. Develops complex new instructional strategies, methods, technologies and tools related to instructional design, development and delivery for internal and external customers.

Typical Education/Experience
Level 3 - Bachelor's and typically 6 or more years' related work experience, a Master's degree and typically 4 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Level 4 - Bachelor's degree and typically 10 or more years' related work experience, a Master's degree and typically 8 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
