Provides administrative and clerical, including but not limited to preparation and composition of routine correspondence and presentation, filing assistance and coordination of mail or faxes.
2. Compiles technical, financial and other project data using various database programs for inclusion in reports or presentation materials.
3. Maintains tactical responsibility for tracking project financials and follow up on timelines and deliverables.
4. May track costs and performance, service levels and other metrics required to ensure project goals and objectives are met.
5. Compiles metrics relating to project success, project attributes, and individual productivity and adherence to defined process
6. Makes appointments, travel arrangements, meeting arrangements and coordinates activities between program management, customer and outside parties.
7. Attend project meetings and prepare meeting minutes and action items.
8. May design, implement, evaluate and audit project management process and templates for the project management office.
9. May serve as a resource to project managers and project leaders to educate and assist them with implementing project management process and making improvement/changes. Ensures project control systems are in place and integrates project data for decision makers.
10. May track costs and performance, service levels and other metrics required to ensure project goals and objectives are met.
11. May compile metrics relating to project success, project attributes, and individual productivity and adherence to defined process
12. May organize and publish project-related documentation in various sources
13. Performs other related duties as assigned
