Title: INTELLIGENCE ANALYST, CONSULTANT Location: VA-Fort Belvoir Job Description:The U.S. Army Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM) conducts multi-disciplined and all-source intelligence and security operations, and information operations to enable battle command in support of full-spectrum Army, Joint, Coalition, and Interagency world-wide operations. We are seeking multiple individuals for positions at INSCOM (Fort Belvoir, VA), NGIC (Charlottesville, VA), and deployed locations world-wide. As a recognized industry expert, is a leader in providing All-Source Intelligence support for contingency operations, battle staff and operational-level planning, joint and multi-lateral training exercises, and strategic engagement policy throughout the Areas of Operational Responsibility (AORs) and Areas of Interest (AOIs). Monitors and analyzes all strategic and operational aspects of political, military, and economic developments for the countries in the AORs and AOIs, or in the U.S. Assesses future and on-going political-military developments, military capabilities and doctrine, weapons acquisitions, and employment of military forces within each country, or provides intelligence analysis for U.S. homeland security. Researches, authors, and coordinates threat assessments to support the Commander and/or leaders in the U.S. civilian intelligence community. Demonstrates technical insight and understanding in multiple intelligence disciplines, with expertise in one nationally-recognized intelligence area. As a high-level consultant, advises CACI management on matters of significance with long-range consequences. Conducts strong analytical collaboration with the Intelligence Community to achieve the best possible analysis. Monitors the performance of all on-going intelligence production. Participates in daily IOC team production meetings. Leads and mentors a team of 25 analysts. Guides and assists analysts at all levels as needed.
Required Qualifications: -Must maintain an active/current TS/SCI clearance. Counterintelligence polygraph may be required. - Experience in collection management, and knowledgeable in the application of all phases of intelligence methodologies. - Experience in intelligence analysis supporting the following mission areas: counter-terrorism, counter-proliferation, organized crime, illicit finance, and counter-narcotics. - Subject Matter Expert on All-Source research, analysis, and production. - Expertise with Query Tree, Pathfinder, Analyst Notebook, Shark Finn, Jabber, ArcGIS and Microsoft Office programs.
Desired Qualifications:Prefer successful experience in multiple overseas assignments of significance. Previous service at INSCOM headquarters or with INSCOM Major Subordinate Units beneficial.
Education and Experience:Requires bachelor's degree or equivalent and sixteen or more years of related experience. MA/MS preferred in related discipline. Post-Graduate Intelligence Program a l
