Typically performs non-supervisory assignments in support of customer contract and associated deliverables. Is the lead point of contact with the customer on daily program implementation/operations and oversees the management of contract and program deliverables. Will manage and track all customer requests to ensure quality, accuracy and compliance. Job duties include daily oversight, customer support, quality control, and training. Ensures all team members are trained in the latest tools and techniques necessary to meet all program deliverables on time and in accordance with all legal and contract requirements. Will meet with customer as needed to discuss program requirements and make recommendations to support current and future program direction. Will conduct program audits and take necessary steps to address and correct compliance issues. Will develop action plans and tools necessary to ensure mission priorities and program objectives are being met and delivered. Job requires the ability to analyze and resolve complex issues where events and situations require in-depth data analysis. Provide detailed reports or presentations with recommendations derived from analysis of customer requested inquiries. Job requires the exercise of good judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action. The level of knowledge about programs, concepts, product or customer identity will require incumbents to undergo extensive background investigations to be assigned or hold positions in highly classified programs. Job environment is extremely stressful and requires that deadlines be adhered to at all times without exception. Travel is an essential part of this assignment and is required several times each week or month. Candidate must carry cell phone, pager, and laptop computer at all times as this position requires the candidate to be available for emergency call-outs 24x7.
Required Skills, Experience, and Education: Candidate must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and proficiency with the following tools and software: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Required Clearance: This position requires the candidate to hold a TS/SCI clearance.
