The team consists of highly professional, committed and team-oriented Analysts. This is an excellent environment for people to apply their knowledge and expertise in providing first-class support to our Oil and Gas customer end-users.
**Please note that this shift is from 11 AM to 8 PM, Monday to Friday** Responsibilities / Responsabilités Specific duties include:
. Providing helpdesk support to variable Business Unit end users for technical support . Responding to technical related emails, telephone calls and voicemail, . Resolving calls at either first or second levels of support and escalating as appropriate, . Providing backfill response and support for either phone based or deskside support . Maintaining documentation . Other duties as assigned.
Requirements / Exigences . The successful candidate will have a degree or diploma in Computer Science, or related discipline, combined with a minimum of three years experience in helpdesk and desktop support roles, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. . Experience in Citrix and Call Ticketing Systems would be assets. . This is a very dynamic, fast paced environment where all team members demonstrate adaptability, initiative, resourcefulness and adeptness. . Natural leadership and problem resolution instincts, commitment and willingness to accept ownership will be important character traits..
Must have: . Soft skills . Windows XP OS . MS Office . Basic network understanding . Hardware troubleshooting and replacement . Self motivated
Nice to have: . Linux OS . Oil & Gas Experience (Gas & Marketing is best, but any is good) . Documentation skills
