Candidate Qualifications:
- Professional verbal and written communication skills

- Strong interpersonal and customer relations skills
- Effectively work with all levels of management
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple assignments in a timely and efficient manner
- Highly self-motivated and independent decision-making skills
- Strong working knowledge of business mathematics.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Programs specifically Excel and Power Point.
-Strict adherence to confidentialty is required
-Candidate must currently be enrolled in an undergrauate/graduate program at the time of application and time of hire.
-Candidate must have an overall 3.0 GPA for consideration. It is preferred that the candidate have an overall 3.5 GPA
-It is preferred that candidates are currently enrolled in a Business/Communications/Marketing/or Public Relations degree program
Other Remarks: Candidate should be a self starter, able to work well with little supervision in a team environment.

The Operations Summer Internship will allow you to experience and Perform various Project Management opportunities for the Murfreesboro Customer Service Call Center and rotate through the various departments in the center as well.
Your responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
• Creating documents in various software programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Distribute information to Leadership and the Customer Service Call Center
• Create reports needed to drive center performance
• Create Excel spreadsheets which require use of Macros and formulas to generate charts and graphs
• Plan, coordinate and work call center events/activities
• Coordinate and Present various reports
• Create Power Point Presentations that outline various initiatives and information
• Coordinate Information sessions and communication to the center
• Provide assistance with special projects
• Operational Support to Supervisors and Associate Directors
•Other duties as required
***Please note that the hours of work could vary due to center initiatives to include weekends or evenings.****
Typical hours are Monday through Friday, 8am until 5pm.
