As our Internal Community Manager at LivePerson in NYC, your primary mission will be to advocate the community strategy internally to all groups within the company, and to act as a resource for those groups to be able to use the online community platform to the best of their ability. Your background and interest in social networks, online collaboration tools, and employee relations will allow you to establish a presence and rapport with our internal community, positioning yourself as the internal community expert. Strong project management skills are essential as you initiate and execute against your own project plans for the further enhancement and development of our online community. Exceptional communication skills will enable you to collaborate with our senior group leaders during requirements gathering sessions, as well as enable you to evangelize the online community throughout the company. PowerPoint knowledge will also come in handy as you present your findings and make recommendations to upper management on how to keep our employees engaged and what new ideas and concepts will facilitate increased usage of the platform.
