Our client is seeking a Systems Analyst that works with development tools and utilities to implement the scope identified in project contracts. Being an SA is more than just programming it is being able to design, implement, and test just about any aspect of a technical solution for the project team. An SA is the front-line investigator for technical issues and responding to support calls, and will escalate to more experienced team members for guidance and second-line support. A SA is expected to have at least two areas of primary specialization on the team (OPC, SQL, etc), and two or more areas of secondary specialization in order to backfill other team members when they are unavailable. On a project, this person may be responsible for scope that is implemented in the field, or serving as an office-support person for others who are in the field. This person understands how to assemble computer hardware and install, configure, fine-tune, and use such things as SQL Server, Developer Studio, Reporting Services, and other third party software." Qualifications:"BS-CS or BS-CE. Demonstrated ability to succeed on technical projects in a dynamic environment of competing priorities.4-8 years of Visual C++ development in a Windows/ SQL Server erior knowledge of MS Visual Studio, Office, Windows Server, and SQL Server.
