Job DetailsJob Title: Business Systems AnalystDuration: 3 Months+Location: Pleasanton CaliforniaJob Description:Looking for a Business Systems Analyst for one of the clients located in Pleasanton, CABASIC QUALIFICATIONS (listed in order of importance): * Five+ years of experience in a senior solutions design role using software development life cycle methodologies and strong project management skills. * Ten+ years of IT experience are also required, with demonstrated success in design and implementation of software applications - preferably in health plans or managed care organizations. * Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, strong collaboration, documentation and presentation skills along with good oral and written communication skills are a must. * Analytical, troubleshooting, communication and presentation skills. * Prior consulting experience with an emphasis on delivery of complex enterprise solutions and experience using structured software life cycle & development methodologies (RUP, RM-ODP, RAD, etc.). UML or comparable modeling experience is also required. * Strong testing background in all aspects of the testing life cycle. * Experience in conducting vendor assessment and evaluating software packages and working with application vendors and system integrators on Request for Information/Request for Proposals. * BA/BS in CS or related field - MBA or MS a plus.
