The incumbent will be responsible for: - Discovery, documentation and technical evaluation of a wide array of IT applications. - Establish fair market value of existing applications. - Evaluate current architecture as well as operational processes and identify improvements/gaps. - Evaluate existing licensing as well as support contracts for various vendors, identify improvements and negotiate/ facilitate acquistion of existing products & services. - Develop new IT solutions (if required) or acquire, deploy new applications within short time window to ensure un-interrupted support of the Customer's business processes. - Exhibit technical depth in familiarity with industry practices in SDLC, configuration management, project amanagement and ITIL. - Possess outstanding customer relationship and stakeholder management skills. - Exhibit excellent written as well verbal communications.
