Scope of Responsibilities/Expectations To provide IT support for factory applications. Make sure the factory applications & operations running well. Installation, configuration and maintenance of IT application system. Good cooperation with internal managers, users and the team members Specific Knowledge/Skills At least a Bachelor's Degree Engineering/Computer Science/Information Technology, Science & Technology with at least 3 years working experience. Basic understanding of Manufacturing process 4-5 years in IT operations Must be customer focussed Ability to work in an interrupt-driven environment to restore IT services Ability to coordinate between multiple IT team members to drive an issue to resolution Ability to respond to issues promptly and drive them to resolution in a focussed manner Familiarity with SQL / PLSQL on Oracle RDBMS (database) Familiarity with Oracle ERP applications Understanding of Microsoft ASP () in web development platform Possess working knowledge of IT infrastructure (Wintel & Unix servers, Oracle database, WAN, LAN) Good communication skills Ability to develop a broad understanding of system interfaces and interactions Ability to work in a multi-functional team
