IT Capital Process Analyst 3\4

Leads activities to define, deploy, evaluate and support common computing standards, IT processes, tools and process/performance metrics. Participates in defining plans to support common standards and processes. Identifies qualitative and quantitative improvement measures. Advises on the selection of key parameters and standards to monitor progress. Leads and supports the definition, development and deployment of common process requirements and infrastructure products and services. Leads activities to educate and promote use of Boeing IT common processes, methodologies, products and services. Coordinates and maintains the development of the capital plan and approvals. Coordinate capital packages and ensure timely submittal for Executive reviews. Manage and track capital investment packages. Track acquisitions/leases by individual requisition. Maintain data in the Capital Management Tool and PARIS database. Support affordability exercises to meet (Insert Service Provider group) targets and deadlines. Provide support to the (Insert Service Provider group) Capital LRBP activities.

Other responsibilities:
Support special projects and business case analysis as needed.

Typical Education/Experience
Level 3 - Technical bachelor's degree and typically 5 or more years' related work experience or a Master's degree with typically 3 or more years' or a PhD degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience. A technical degree is defined as any four year degree, or greater, in a mathematic, scientific or information technology field of study. Level 4 - Technical bachelor's degree and typically 9 or more years' related work experience or a Master's degree with typically 7 or more years' or a PhD degree with typically 4 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. A technical degree is defined as any four year degree, or greater, in a mathematic, scientific or information technology field of study.
