IT Career Foundation Program (Rotation Program) 2

Are you looking at the vast landscape of technology professions and trying to see where you fit in? Boeing IT is currently hiring talented and motivated college graduates into the IT Career Foundation Program. Participants in this program will be assigned challenging work assignments and be mentored by technology professionals who provide industry leading solutions. You will assist in delivering best in class technological solutions to our business, our partners, and our customers. You will be assigned tasks that will help you apply and expand on the skills you have developed at school and will assist in building a solid foundation for your future career with Boeing. Participants in the program will be exposed to software development and sustainment, Boeing's IT infrastructure, customer engagement, and information security.

Example positions include: System Integration, Systems Analysis, Enterprise Architecture, Programmer Analyst, Information Security Specialist, and Project Management.

Basic Qualifications For Consideration

Typical Education/Experience
Technical bachelor's degree and typically 2 or more years' related work experience or a Master's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience. A technical degree is defined as any four year degree, or greater, in a mathematic, scientific or information technology field of study.

RESUME GUIDANCE: Applicants must state their cumulative grade point average (GPA) and graduation date in their resume. A minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 is required for applicants to be considered. Candidates should be college students who are seeking a Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or other related Technology majors. This position is only open to those who will complete their degree by June of 2012. RELOCATION: Candidates who qualify will be offered a competitive relocation package. WORK LOCATION: The program participants are grouped by region (which include the work locations identified in this requisition). Selected candidates will be extended an offer in one of the four locations: Puget Sound (includes Bellevue, Everett, Renton, and Seattle) , St. Louis, Southern California (which includes El Segundo, Huntington Beach, Long Beach and Seal Beach), Washington DC (which could include a rotation in North Charleston, SC). During the time of the interview, the team will ask candidates about preference on location, though no guarantees are made. ROTATION STRUCTURE: This is a three year program which offers three one-year rotation assignments. The rotations are based within one of the regions listed above. There are options to voluntarily work at other offsite or international locations. START DATE: We have a structured program for onboarding so the dates on which our new hires start for 2012 which is June 22.
