Kelly IT Resources has an opportunity for a Disaster Recovery Manager in Troy, Michigan. This is a temp-to-perm position. Kelly IT Resources is among the largest and most respected technology recruitment firms in the country.
Responsibilites:
- Manage all IT related Compliance processes: IT General Controls (ITGC), HIPAA, Payment Card Industry (PCI) and other Data Privacy regulatory requirements. - Implement new IT general controls covering Program Development, Program Change, Computer Operations, Security and third party service providers - Facilitate quality assurance audits on IT controls to ensure process compliance on a regular basis - Develop and maintain metrics measuring the effectiveness of the overall assessment of IT controls in a variety of environments - Provide expertise in compliance to ensure technology solutions meet policy and standards - Work alongside senior management to identify and report on technology risks and develop recommendations to remediate control weaknesses or categorize mitigating controls - Assist IT, Internal, and External audit teams to clearly define changing compliance requirements based on industry norms and Kelly's IT controls - Map key service provider SSAE 16s to assess risk, impact and remediation requirements - Serve as subject matter expert on IT compliance across the organization while driving key practice activities to evolve compliance tasks into routine processes - Manage and build the Compliance Assurance functions to insure that all system changes meet Company and regulatory requirements - Anticipate and resolve barriers that hinder progress towards compliance - Provide training, direction and leadership for all compliance standards - Perform other duties and/or responsibilities as assigned
Experience/Abilities:
- 5 years' experience in IT Audit, Finance/ERP systems - SOX experience a must. - HIPAA, PCI, EU-Safe Harbor, FISMA and other data privacy/regulatory requirements are preferred.
