IT Technical Lead – Portal Analyst #4580
PSE’s SAP Support group is looking for an IT SAP Technical Lead - Portal Analyst to join our team. This person is responsible for successful design, build, test, delivery and maintenance of the SAP Portal technology and initiatives. The SAP Portal Analyst will design, develop and test the SAP Portal components needed to support our clients' portal requirements and will work as a member of a team to integrate these designs into the overall web and portal strategy. The person in this role will be expected to provide guidance on how SAP Portal can be leveraged. Preferred candidates should have SAP Certification and team leadership experience.

Qualifications
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field or equivalent work experience
Minimum of 8 years supporting SAP modules
Minimum of 5 years experience with SAP NetWeaver Portal, including: system, content and user management
Minimum of 3 years experience with web development with a scripting language, preferably JSP/Java Servlets
Minimum of 5 years experience with SAP NetWeaver User Administration
Minimum of 5 years with monitoring, analyzing, tuning and optimizing SAP NetWeaver Portal system
Minimum of 3 years experience integrating SAP NetWeaver Portal with Microsoft LDAP
Minimum of 3 years experience with Universal Work List
Minimum of 3 years experience with Single Sign On (SSO)
Minimum of 3 years experience with Web Composer
Understanding of web dispatcher and web dynpro
Advance analytical, problem solving, and technical troubleshooting skills
Strong group facilitation, listening, communication, and training presentation skills
Able to quickly grasp methods, maximize their affect, and explain to others
Naturally inclined to share knowledge and teach other team members
High level of initiative and the ability to juggle many projects simultaneously
Strong organizational skills
Customer focus
Must be service-oriented, results driven
Can assume a leadership role in team building, coaching and mentoring
Builds highly effective interpersonal relationships in business partnering situations
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience with Federated Portals
SAP NetWeaver Portal Certification
Deep SAP Basis Experience
Proficient in other SAP NetWeaver technologies
Experience integrating with other SAP and non-SAP technologies
General understanding of utility industry and PSE business practices and procedures.
Good understanding of IT policies and procedures..
