Description: Russ Hadick & Associates, Inc has partnered with a client in Dayton Ohio to help them search and qualify candidates for their Senior Help Desk Coordinator. This person will
Account administration: • Develop a working knowledge of account creation and maintenance of all corporate business applications and Microsoft Email and Network accounts. Provide set up of external secure access accounts, VPDN accounts, and other remote access as required. Know and understand required SOX documentation associated with the set up of the above accounts.
Hardware Systems Maintenance: • Develop and maintain exceptional troubleshooting skills relating to all hardware used in support of Trimble’s computer user community, with a specific focus on all Dell systems and peripherals.
Software Applications Support: • Provide troubleshooting support for specific software applications installed on user equipment. Escalate any unresolved problems to IS management and the appropriate IS support organization.
Requirements: Must have great communication skills, be a US Citizen or Green Card Holder. Must have excellent PC and networking skills. (Microsoft operating systems and applications). Must have strong phone skills and strong written communications skills as well as personable and able to deal with a wide range of customers with different skill levels in a positive and friendly manner (strong communication skills). 2 year degree, Windows 7 and Sharepoint experience is strongly preferred. Office 2010 is a plus
