PSI Pax, a growing innovative technical services business that provides IT and operational enterprise support to the U.S. government, is currently recruiting for IT HelpDesk Analysts to support our clients in the Washington, DC National Capital Region (DC, Maryland, and Virginia).
Essential Job Functions & Responsibilities:
Provide professional solutions to hp end-users, dealers, and service providers originating from unresolved escalated case issues received via telephone and written correspondence. Provide an escalation link for hp field employees, executives, and channel, regarding customer satisfaction issues including availability, price dissatisfaction, product safety issues, complaints with hp and/or its representatives, and complaints regarding an authorized dealer or channel. Must demonstrate the ability to apply an intermediate level of subject matter knowledge to solve a variety of common business issues. Works on problems / projects of moderately complex scope. Exercises independent judgment within defined practices and procedures to determine appropriate action. Acts as an informed team member providing analysis of information and limited project direction input. Follows established guidelines and interprets policies. Evaluates unique circumstances and makes recommendations.

Required Qualifications:
2-4 years of related experience in a telephone support position in a service or end-user support environment 1 year of experience in the microcomputer industry Technical training in hp or other manufacturers product lines Available to work 1st or 2nd shift as needed
Education Requirements:
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience and 2-4 years related experience or Master?s degree and up to 2 years experience preferred
In addition, U.S Citizenship is required. Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information and be able to obtain a DoD government-granted security clearance.
