SUMMARY
Manages overall information technology function. Including but not limited to; system analysis, programming, telecommunications, and opertaions/support.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
· Sets group goals and determines performance against these goals.
· Manages the operations of systems and processes to ensure low cost and efficient use of systems and personnel.
· Keeps abreast of technological inovations in the information technology industry.
· Engages in typcial activiteis of managers including, hiring, performance issues, training, and mentoring staff.
· Directs the creation of reports necessary to determining the performance of the department.
· Update SOX and PCI process documentation quarterly as required.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
Subordinate group contains exempt/non-exempt direct reports. You will manage personnel issues (hiring, performatnce aprraisals, terminations, etc.)
Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or two years related experience and/or training; and four plus years of experience, one plus years of personnel management experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
