Job Description: The IT organization builds and supports the network infrastructure and the reliable, cost-effective systems and applications that enable Cisco to do business. Its mission involves carefully balancing architecture, standards and innovation. The position emphasizes high-level guidance, organizational development, and the ability to create and lead teams in new areas. **RESPONSIBILITIES**

? Manages a competency hub for the Oracle ERP (HRMS) with global implications as a direct responsibility. Additional responsbilities include deliverables in Reporting, Siebel CRM and employee services
? Builds effective relationships with business functions on a worldwide executive level, in partnership with IT peers.
? Initiates and leads IT improvement initiatives on a worldwide basis.
? Build/enhance worldwide delivery capabilities.
? May be responsible for management of multiple budgets and projects
? Participates with other managers to establish strategic direction and actively leads strategic initiatives.

Typically requires BS degree in Business, CS or equivalent plus 12+ years related experience. 7+ years management experience with equivalent sized organizations (Fortune 500).MS or MBA preferred.

In depth knowledge of multiple points of business or/and technical skill set to be managed. Given:
- Manages all levels of exempt employees, and project managers. Responsible for planning, budgeting, implementing and maintaining costs, methods and employees.


- Works independently and participates with other senior managers to establish strategic plans and objectives.
- Makes final decisions to ensure effective achievement of objectives.

- Delivery of IT services to multiple areas of business or specific IT function.
