IT Marketing Analyst
Chrysler is seeking a passionate, innovative, results oriented technology leader to join the Sales and Marketing application delivery team.
The Responsible for working with the Canadian Marketing business partners to plan, develop, integrate and implement common marketing solutions with corporate and US systems. Specific focus will be on Customer Relationship Marketing (CRM), consumer facing initiatives, and reporting/business analytics. The application specialist will work with the business partner to ensure alignment between business strategies and the application technology roadmap. IT supports purchasing, legal and integration processes for applicable projects.
Basic Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree
• Minimum of 5 years experience in Marketing application development or related technical field
• Program/project management experience
• Able to travel to and from Canada and the U.S.
Preferred Qualifications: • Experience in project management of medium/large scale concurrent projects with a lead role
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science preferred
• Master's degree
• Knowledge of automotive industry and/or automotive marketing systems landscape a plus
• Strong analytical & design skills
• Self-starter with the ability to quickly learn complex business processes
• Enjoy working in a fast paced/high energy team setting
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and reasoning skills to gain support of business leaders, IT colleagues, IT leadership, and supplier partners
• Strong ability to interact with executives
• Exceptional program/project management track record
